PURPOSE: A keyword advertisement service system based on the keyword input of a program and a method thereof are provided to prevent the unnecessary exposure of undesired keyword advertisements by randomly adjusting a range of a program executing a keyword search. CONSTITUTION: When a keyword and a search request signal are inputted through a program executed in an OS(Operating System) of a user terminal(300). Advertisement software installed in the user terminal extracts URL information matched with the keyword from a URL database(310) according to the search request signal. The advertisement software exposes the URL information to a screen of the user terminal. The URL database is installed in an operator server(200) or included in the advertisement software.
