PURPOSE: A method for allocating seats, a system thereof, and a mobile terminal device thereof are provided to achieve the efficiency of using library seats as a specific user reserves a seat at an entrance and other users use the seat when the seat is unoccupied. CONSTITUTION: A reservation request processing unit(220) receives recognition information related to a reservation identifier at an entrance and a reservation request for a specific seat. The reservation request processing unit determines a state of the seat as a reserved state. An occupation confirmation processing unit(230) receives recognition information related to a seat identifier at the seat from a user terminal. The occupation confirmation processing unit determines the state of the seat as an occupied state.
