PURPOSE: A sludge drying apparatus is provided to reduce the temperature of exhaustion air and to conserve costs for exhaustion air retreatment by removing a process for re-heating vapor. CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying apparatus includes a compressor, a body part, an air outlet, a heat exchanger, a humidity removal air blower, a transferring screw(21), a heating part, a compressed air heating chamber(32), and a compressed air exhaustion pocket(35). The body part receives compressed air from the compressor. The air outlet is arranged at the upper part of the body part. The heat exchanger exchanges heat between hot humid air from the body part and compressed air from the compressor. The humidity removal air blower removes heat exchanged air and exhausts the air to external side. The transferring screw is installed in the body part. The heating part is installed at the lower part of the transferring screw. |
