Device consists of a mobile machine (2) and a protective wall (4). The mobile machine (2) has a chassis (22) connecting to a frame (23) and by the swinging frame joints (24) is connected to a manipulating arm (25). To the manipulating arm (25) is at the bottom connected a swing clamp (3) to which is by a clamping plate (41) connected the protective wall (4). The clamping plate (41) is by a clamping arm (42) connected with a solid shield (5) of the protective wall (4), which is using at least one extending mechanism (51) connected to at least one side extending shield (6). The solid shield (5) of the protective wall (4) is by at least one hoisting mechanism (52) connected to a hoisting platform (53) which is fixedly or movably connected to an upper extending shield (54). The solid shield (5) of the protective wall (4) is at the top edge closed by a transparent barrier (55) and at the bottom is closed by at least one support motion mechanism (56). At least one side extending shield (6) extends proportionally with the extending mechanism (51) to the side, where it can be extend and stop in different positions of extension from zero to a maximum.
