With artificial muscle actuator has an internal bearing bush (23) firmly attached to the outer pillars (4) to which they are firmly attached to the outer bearing housings (5), with bearings (13). Through inserted through the shaft (16) with fixed arm slid over the hub (17), which is connected with the arm (11).
