PURPOSE: A method for preventing engine stall when misfire occurs is provided to prevent engine hesitation by increasing RPM(Revolution Per Minute). CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing engine stall when misfire occurs comprises the following steps. Whether or not the misfire occurs in each cylinder is determined while the signal of a sensor is received(S1). If the misfire occurs, the fuel supply and air inflow to the cylinder where the misfire occurs are blocked(S2).
