<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the projecting amount of a game board to the rear side and to simplify the rear side of the game board. <P>SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes a prize winning means 22 including prize holes 30, 32 opened to the front face side of the game board 17, and a rear mechanism 47 arranged on the rear side of the game board 17 through an intermediate mechanism 48 in a mounting hole 45 of the game board 17. A rear case 46 is arranged on the rear side of the game board 17 along its rear face, and the rear mechanism 47 is stored in the rear case 46. The prize winning means 22 includes driving means 54, 59 for driving movable members 36, 37 for changing the prize winning regions of the prize holes 30, 32; ball passages 52, 57 guiding the game balls that have entered the prize holes 30, 32; and detecting switches 56, 60 detecting the game balls that have entered the prize holes 30, 32.
