<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of allocating operations for a plurality of character data whose contents are similar to the same operator. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a server 30 including a determination part 311 which determines classifications that the plurality of characters belong to respectively, a specification part 313 which specifies a classification, and a notification part 314 which notifies a terminal of character data belonging to the classification specified by the specification part 313 among the plurality of character data.
