<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium manufacturing method which can inexpensively realize a communication system for communicating by an electromagnetic induction type or an electromagnetic coupling type. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an IC card 40 includes the steps of: forming conductive plates by separately forming a plurality of pairs of conductive plates 42A and 42B which are electrically independent of each other on an insulating substrate of the IC card 40; and arranging IC chips by arranging IC chips 41 which can communicate by an electromagnetic induction type on the pairs of conductive plates 42A and 42B formed in an original plate removal step in such a manner that the IC chips 41 steps over a slit 40a between the pair of conductive plates 42A and 42B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
