<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum cartridge capable of stably bringing a transfer roller and a photoreceptor drum into press-contact with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The drum cartridge includes: a housing 110; a photoreceptor drum 27 rotatably provided in the housing 110; a transfer roller 30 including a shaft 30A, rotatably provided in the housing 110, and facing the photoreceptor drum 27; and a transfer electrode 200 for applying a voltage to the transfer roller 30.
