<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner seal mechanism that is improved in durability by securely suppressing toner leakage, and enables a screw to be recycled easily at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: As a typical configuration, a toner seal mechanism 110 includes a bearing 106 which bears a shaft part 103b of a screw 103 to be rotatable, and a seal ring 107 which is provided between the shaft part 103b and bearing 106 and seals toner.
