PEPTIDE COMPOSITION INDUCING ORAL IMMUNE TOLERANCE, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance having T cell reactivity, which eliminates B cell reactivity and can induce immune tolerance with a small amount of an antigen for a long period, and is useful for remedy and prevention of, for example, a milk allergy in a human.

SOLUTION: A peptide composition having a specific amino acid sequence obtained by treating a protein derived from cow's milk with a protein hydrolase is low in B cell reactivity, and has T cell reactivity which is important for inducing immune tolerance.
