<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load observing method and apparatus of a vertical mill capable of easily carrying out calculation of the life of the observing site without measuring strain in a vertical mill to be observed. <P>SOLUTION: At least one of the strain or the vibration stress of an optional site of the vertical mill is calculated based on the pulverizing load of the pulverizing roller corresponding to an operation condition and a vibration transmitting function, in the case of setting an operation condition, by obtaining pulverizing load of a pulverizing roller according to the operating condition in advance and by obtaining the vibration transmitting function of the site to be observed of the vertical mill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
