<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform the control for preventing a supercharging pressure from being excessive when a high-load operation is shifted to deceleration. <P>SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine 0 includes an exhaust turbo supercharger 5. When a throttle valve 33 is closed from a high-load operation to perform the deceleration, an operation for expanding an opening of an electric waist gate valve 44 is performed in response to a closing amount of the throttle valve 33.
