<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for dehumidifying compressed air, which has good responsiveness to temperature control and which can control temperature with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 30 for dehumidifying compressed air is equipped with a cooling circuit X and a compressed air circulating part Y. In the cooling circuit X, a refrigerant sent out from a compressor 31 is distributed to a first branching channel 33 branching from a refrigerant channel 32 by distributors 35, 36 and then is circulated in a first condenser 37, a first expansion valve 38, a first evaporator 39 and the compressor 31 in turn. In the compressed air circulating part Y, compressed air flowing in from a compressed air inlet 42 is cooled and dehumidified by the first evaporator 39 in the cooling circuit X, is heated again by a reheating part and then is made to flow out of an compressed air outlet 44. Further the apparatus 30 for dehumidifying compressed air is equipped with a reheating circuit Z in which the refrigerant sent out from the compressor 31 is distributed to a second branching channel 34 by the distributors 35, 36 and then is circulated in the compressor 31 after being joined in a second condenser 48 and a second expansion valve 49 constituting a reheating part, a second evaporator 50 for absorbing exhaust heat from the first condenser 37 in the cooling circuit X and the refrigerant channel 32 that is on a downstream side of the first evaporator 39 in the cooling circuit X. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
