<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous kneader which can easily impart a distended flow to a material by increasing the volume ratio of some of the constituent, which is responsible for causing the distended flow, of the material. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous kneader 1 is a continuous kneader 1 including a barrel 3 with two circular passage holes 4 and 4 formed in parallel with each other internally in the way that the inner wall surfaces 12 are partly put on top of each other, and two kneading rotors 2 which are inserted into the two circular passage holes 4 and 4 respectively, and rotate in mutually different directions. In addition, the two kneading rotors 2 has at least not less than two rows of kneading flights 10 around the axis of the two kneading rotors 2. Further, the rotating center R of the two kneading rotors 2 is eccentric to the center of the barrel 3 or upwardly therein from the center P of the two circular passage holes 4 through which the two kneading rotors 2 is inserted, as viewed from the cross section in the axial perpendicular direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
