<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control capability through easy addition to an existent main control device. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an addition type control device 7 which outputs an addition control signal for controlling a controlled object 2 based upon a main control signal output from a control device 1 which performs feedback control over the temperature of the controlled object 2. The control device includes conversion means of converting the main control signal into the addition control signal so that the main control device 1 and addition type control device 7 do not interfere with each other, and the conversion means computes a manipulated variable of the main control signal and converts the main control signal into the addition control signal having a manipulated variable made previously to correspond to the manipulated variable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
