<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication device that transmits content information with a deletion condition only to another information communication device which has agreed to the deletion condition before transmitting the content information, and checks whether the content information has been deleted by the other information communication device transmitting a deletion result if it has deleted the content information. <P>SOLUTION: When a device 3 according to the invention transmits content information to another terminal 1, a deletion condition transmission and reception unit 105 transmits a deletion condition regarding deletion of the content information to the other terminal 1. A response transmission and reception 112 receives a signal indicating agreement or disagreement with the deletion condition and transmitted by the other terminal 1, and if it has received an agreement response signal, a content information transmission and reception unit 106 transmits the content information to the other terminal 1.
