<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture method capable of massively propagating hair follicle stem cells. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a method of culturing hair follicle stem cells which includes a first process of culturing hair follicle stem cells in a medium containing a topoisomerase II inhibitor and a second process of culturing hair follicle stem cells in a medium containing an ALK5 inhibitor and a TGF-β inhibitor; a method for culturing skin stem cells which includes a process in which the medium further includes 3,3', 5-triiodo-L-thyronine or its salt and skin stem cells are isolated after cultivation; a composition for culturing hair follicle stem cells which includes an ALK5 inhibitor and a Rock inhibitor; and a hair growing agent which contains an ALK5 inhibitor and a Rock inhibitor as active constituents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
