<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device capable of strengthening or weakening the retention of a rotational body according to an attitude of the rotational body. <P>SOLUTION: An arm 41 rotationally connected to the rotational body includes an insertion part 42 at a rotational tip end. The insertion part 42 is inserted into long holes 55 and 101 provided in a support body 50. The support body 50 includes first claws 61 to 63 that slide to a third attitude projecting to the long holes 55 and 101 and a fourth attitude retracted from the long holes 55 and 101. Each of the first claws 61 to 63 is energized to the third attitude side by a corresponding each of three energizing members.
