<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in low-temperature fixability and offset resistance, as well as excellent in long-term heat-resistant storage property. <P>SOLUTION: The toner comprises toner particles containing at least a binder resin essentially comprising polyester, a colorant, and wax. The binder resin contains a block polymer in which a moiety that can constitute a crystalline structure and a moiety that cannot constitute a crystalline structure are bonded to each other. The toner shows a peak temperature of 50°C or higher and 80°C or lower in the maximum endothermic peak derived from the binder resin, and the endothermic quantity at the maximum endothermic peak of 30 J/g or more and 100 J/g or less. The moiety that can constitute a crystalline structure in the block polymer comprises crystalline polyester obtained by reacting an aliphatic diol with an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. The moiety that cannot constitute a crystalline structure of the block polymer is polyurethane obtained by reacting a diol with a diisocyanate.
