<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas barrier laminate having high gas barrier properties without interference unevenness. <P>SOLUTION: This transparent gas barrier laminate is obtained by laminating, on at least one surface of a plastic substrate, a vapor deposited thin-film layer comprising inorganic oxide and a gas barrier coating layer obtained by applying gas barrier coating liquid having the main components of a water-soluble polymer and an aqueous solution or a water/alcohol mixed solution containing at least (a) one or more kind of metal alkoxide, (b) one or more kind of hydrolysate of metal alkoxide, or (c) tin chloride. A difference between the refractive index of the vapor deposited thin-film layer and the refractive index of the gas barrier coating layer is within 5% of the refractive index of the vapor deposited thin-film layer, and the water vapor permeability of the laminate is ≤0.3 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>day. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
