<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation method using torque of a spar which rotates. <P>SOLUTION: In the power generation method, two or more power generation facilities are operated. Among the two or more operated power generation facilities, one or more power generation facilities are made to produce and supply the electric power and the remaining one or more power generation facilities are made to prepare for the second production and supply of the electric power.
