<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stacked planar coil in which displacement between respective layers is small and design flexibility is high. <P>SOLUTION: Wiring is carried out from the starting point 13 of wiring while feeding a conductor 7 from the tip of a wiring head 5. Subsequently, a coil pattern 11 is formed on a first surface layer base material 9a by moving the wiring head 5 while feeding the conductor 7. The coil pattern 11 is formed from the center side toward the outside. Upon completing formation of the first layer coil pattern 11, the wiring head 5 finishes formation of the coil pattern 11 and stops operation in the horizontal direction. Subsequently, the wiring head 5 is raised about 20-30 mm in the vertical direction to recede from the first surface layer base material 9a.
