MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLAT PANEL DISPLAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a flat panel display capable of easily forming an alignment mark with high accuracy and good visibility without remodeling a manufacturing line and increasing man-hours significantly, and manufacturing a flat panel display with high productivity at a low cost.

SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a flat panel display includes a step of forming an alignment mark for recognizing a position of a substrate. The step of forming the alignment mark further includes the steps of: applying a photosensitive paste onto the substrate; drying an applied film into a photosensitive film; and forming an alignment mark by exposing the photosensitive film. The photosensitive paste contains a photosensitive monomer having a boiling point higher than a temperature in the drying step.
