<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which is easy in manufacturing and can reduce a hollow resonance sound, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: the pneumatic tire which is characterized in that a plurality of kinds of short fibers 10 are firmly adhered to the internal face of the tire; and the method of manufacturing the pneumatic tire which is characterized by comprising a step of coating the internal face of the tire with an adhesive, and a step of adhering the plurality of kinds of short fibers 10 to a region coated with the adhesive.
