<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction data processing device capable of erasing non-volatile storage elements without managing setting information according to the presence/absence of the non-volatile storage elements for storing correction data. <P>SOLUTION: A correction data processing device includes diodes 11 and 21 adapted to set a logical value of a data signal line 8 in selecting circuit units 1 and 2 to a same logical value as the logical value of chip select signal lines, when non-volatile storage elements 10 and 20 for storing first correction data that corrects a performance variation in the circuit units 1 and 2 are erased from the circuit units 1 and 2. When the logical value of the data signal line 8 is the same logical value as the logical value of the chip select signal lines 4 and 5 in a predetermined time from when a control unit 3 selects the circuit units 1 and 2 till outputting a clock signal to the circuit units 1 and 2, the correction data processing device determines that there are no non-volatile storage elements 10 and 20 in the corresponding circuit units 1 and 2 and is configured to apply second correction data in which a correction amount is preset to a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
