COATING TYPE ELASTIC FIBER TREATING AGENT, TREATING METHOD OF ELASTIC FIBER, AND ELASTIC FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating type elastic fiber treating agent that is capable of providing a package having a good wound shape and unraveling property in production and processing of an elastic fiber, capable of imparting excellent smoothness, antistatic properties, adhesive properties with a hot melt adhesive and the like to an elastic fiber, and thus capable of providing a high quality elastic fiber in a stable operation; a treating method of an elastic fiber using the coating type elastic fiber treating agent; and an elastic fiber treated by the treating method.

SOLUTION: A coating type elastic fiber treating agent in which specific solid fine particles are dispersed in a colloidal form in a specific dispersant containing a specific smoothing agent component and a specific compound containing nitrogen in a prescribed ratio is used.
