<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor unit which can minimize deterioration of insulation performance by easing the high electric field of a triple junction, and to provide a gas-insulated circuit breaker using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a capacitor unit where a capacitor laminate 1' consisting of capacitor elements 1<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-1<SB POS="POST">n</SB>connected in series is housed in an insulation tube 3, and both ends of the capacitor laminate 1' are connected with an electrostatic shield electrode 4 via a connection electrode 2, concentric circular ring electrodes 8 are formed internally at both ends of the insulation tube 3 and connected with the electrostatic shield electrode 4 by means of a connection metal 9. Axial location of the ring electrode 8 is closer to the axially central part C of the insulation tube 3 than the tip of the connection electrode(position of sign 6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
