<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-cooled condenser achieving improvement in heat radiation performance and responding to such a case that a bumper reinforcing member is disposed at the front of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A casing 10 includes: a heat exchanging part 13 comprising respective alternately-stacked flow passage members 11, 12 for a refrigerant and cooling water; and tank parts 14, 15 accommodating the cooling water.
