The mechanism has an articulation unit including guide assemblies (11, 12) that are tilted in tilt directions (T, R) to which the assemblies are engaged. Each assembly includes a pair of guide rails (14) attached with a frame while extending on both sides of a lever (1) according to the corresponding direction, respectively. A pair of rolling elements (13) is carried by the lever, and takes antagonistic supports against each of the rails of the assembly. A retraction unit retracts one of the rolling elements or the rails under the effect of swivel guide of the lever.
