<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a pixel whose luminance value chronologically changes, in an image containing light emitted from a sample. <P>SOLUTION: An optical measurement device 1 is used for measuring light from a sample and includes: a motion image obtainment part 40 for obtaining motion image data of a two-dimensional light image containing light from a sample; and an analysis process part 51 for analyzing the motion image data. The analysis process part 51 includes: a luminance value data obtainment part 52a for obtaining luminance value data indicating chronological changes of a luminance value in plural pixels constituting a zone corresponding to plural wells; a luminance value extraction part 52b for extracting a peak value of a luminance value and a bottom value thereof from the luminance value data; and a pixel specifying part 52c for calculating an evaluation value evaluating a state of change in the luminance value on the basis of the peak and bottom values, and specifying a target pixel, being a target of analysis, from among the plural pixels on the basis of repetition of the evaluation value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
