<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas after-treatment device whose size reduction is achieved while uniformly dispersing a reducing agent into exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: An upstream side of an SCR catalyst 4 in an exhaust gas pipe 2 is provided with a dispersion member 21 for dispersing urea water injected from an injection nozzle 5 in the exhaust gas pipe 2, and a mixer 31 for mixing the dispersed urea water into the exhaust gas are. The dispersion member 21, as a flat plate-shaped member arranged in a position facing the injection nozzle 5, is provided extending parallel to the flow direction of the exhaust gas. Meanwhile, the mixer 31, as a substantially disk-shaped member through which exhaust gas and urea water can flow, is provided perpendicular to the flow direction of the exhaust gas.
