METHOD AND DEVICE FOR VIDEO PROCESSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for generating a reference layer to a reference viewpoint and to provide a device and a method for restoring a hole to a hole in an output video by using the reference layer to the reference viewpoint.

SOLUTION: The video processing method and device generate the reference layer to the reference viewpoint. The reference layer may be information for restoring the hole of the output video. Information for restoring the hole in the output video is generated by warping the reference layer by adjusting it to the viewpoint of the output video.
