<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the convenience for the residents of a housing complex and to improve the security. <P>SOLUTION: Visitors making delivery to any dwelling unit 14 in a housing complex 12 are made informed of the visitor identification number in advance. When the visitor identification number is entered using ten keys in an outdoor-side instruction unit 40, a shared entrance door 22 of a shared entrance 20 is temporarily opened (unlocked) to allow entry to a shared part 24 and the time elapsed until exiting from the shared part 24 is measured. If the time elapsed is longer than a specified time, a notification is first made to a resident through an indoor-side unit 30 and as time passes, the notification destination changes to a management company and then to a security company. When a resident identification number is entered using the ten keys in the outdoor-side instruction unit 40, the shared entrance door 22 is temporarily opened (unlocked) and the time elapsed until security cancellation is instructed is measured.
