<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold the option connector mounted on a wiring harness without using an adhesive tape so as not to cause an abnormal sound even in an unused state and simply take out the wiring harness when fitted into a mating connector on an option component side. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring harness mounting structure of an option connector is formed by; using a cushion sheet having a self-fusion layer fusing when bonded each other provided on one surface; leaving and folding a non-folding part on one end side of the cushion sheet; providing a bag with the self-fusion layer vertically faced, housing the connector in the bag; adhering the self-fusion layer vertically overlapped around the connector; positioning a wire terminal connected to the connector on the non-folding part; and removing the cushion sheet when fitting the connector into the mating connector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
