<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor circuit using a dye-sensitized solar cell, capable of driving a motor at a desired interval even under a low illuminance condition such as an indoor area. <P>SOLUTION: A motor circuit 10 includes: a dye-sensitized solar cell 12 for implementing photoelectric conversion; a capacitor C1 for storing generated electric power; a motor M; and a control circuit 14 for controlling light emission.
