<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control system, a power supply control device, and a power supply control method which enable power supply/power cutoff to separately be switched to each of a plurality of electronic devices connected to a network. <P>SOLUTION: The power control device 3 cuts off power supply to ECUs 6a and 6b for a limited period shorter than an abnormality determination period which other ECUs 5a and 5b take. The power control device 3 cuts off power for a cutoff period T1 and restores power for a restoration time T2 in repeated cycles, and determines the total of the cutoff period T1 and the restoration time T2 to be shorter than the abnormality determination period which other ECUs 5a and 5b take.
