<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat an inner pot to the maximum while preventing boil-over reliably without increasing the number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: A bubble breaking mechanism 63 is provided which has a rotation body (a blade member 64) for breaking bubbles produced in an exhaust path, and a driving means (a motor 71) for rotary-driving the rotation body 64, a storage means (ROM 76) is provided which stores boil-over determination temperature Tj which is preset in a range lower than upper measurement temperature TU1 based on a detection value detected by an upper temperature detection means 31 during normal cooking and not lower than upper measurement temperature (TU2) based on a detection value detected by the upper temperature detection means 31 at the occurrence of boil-over, and it is configured such that rotational speed of the rotation body 64 is raised if the measurement temperature TU based on an actual detection value detected by the temperature detection means 31 becomes the boil-over determination temperature Tj or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
