摘要	<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrifiable child particle that is a constituent of a display particle formed by fixing the electrifiable child particle on a mother particle surface and capable of keeping initial performance for a long time without causing a change in an electrification property, etc. of the display particle at the time of continuous driving in an information display device, etc. that use the display particle, and provide the display particle and an information display panel using the display particle. <P>SOLUTION: An electrifiable child particle is a constituent of a display particle that is formed by fixing the electrifiable child particle on a mother particle surface and that is used for an information display panel for displaying image information by putting the display particle between two facing substrates at least one of which is transparent and by moving the display particle through provision of electric field between the substrates.
