A system and a method for providing a guide message are provided to supplies a user a guide message related to the manipulation of a mobile communication terminal by analyzing usage log data that occur during the conversation on the mobile communication terminal. A guide message providing sever(300) recognizes the usage type of a mobile communication terminal based on user usage information and usage log data collected from a charging sever(400) and mobile communication terminals(100,200). In addition, the guide message providing sever sets up a guide message depending on situation based on the recognized information and provides the mobile communication terminals with the guide message. The mobile communication terminals accumulate and store the usage log data, which occur during a call, when originating or receiving a call. In addition, the terminals upload the stored data to the guide message providing sever, and receives, stores and outputs the guide message. |
