PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a light emitting device package and a light unit are provided to supply a white light source with a wide direction angle by forming an electrode around the outer side of the upper side of a light emitting structure. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(10) includes a first conductive semiconductor layer(11), an active layer(12), and a second conductive semiconductor layer(13). An ohmic contact layer(40) and a reflection electrode(50) are formed on the lower side of the light emitting structure. An electrode(20) is formed in a first region on the upper side of the light emitting structure. The electrode and the reflection electrode provide power to the light emitting structure. A bonding layer(60) and a conductive support member(70) are formed on the lower side of the reflection electrode.
