CONSTITUTION: A vertebral body alternate device comprises an upper base, top implant parts(1) which includes a tube part in which the female screw part is formed at the inner periphery, a backer base, lower part implant parts(2) which include the first and second rotating members, and engagement adjusting devices(3) which adjust the distance between the other side of the first rotating member and the other side of the second rotating member.
