摘要 PURPOSE: A conductive polymer-metal nanoparticle hybrid transparent electrode film is provided to easily control electric conductivity according to the kind and thickness of oxidizer, the size of metal nano particle, etc, and to use as a low resistance electrode material capable of being manufactured by continuous processes. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer-metal nanoparticle hybrid transparent electrode film comprises: a substrate film(110) consisting of transparent polymer film; and the film state of a transparent thin film formed on at least one side of the substrate film. The surface resistance thereof is 1-1000Ω/□and the transmittance thereof is 70%. The transparent thin film is formed by mixing 0.1-20wt% nanowires(M: 130,131) into a conductive conjugated polymer(120) which has heterocyclic structure.
