PURPOSE: A software reading apparatus and a software security processing system thereof are provided to operate an individual apparatus from a computer of a developer on a network having a self-security function. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus security device(122b) frustrates a desultory reading program stored in a hard disk. The apparatus security device formats the hard disk. A file transfer apparatus receives only the desultory reading object file. The file transfer apparatus supplies the received desultory reading object file to the desultory reading apparatus. The file transfer apparatus supplies only the file completed in the desultory reading apparatus through the network.
