PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of seaweed alkali concentrate is provided to manufacture seaweed alkali concentrate which is rich in mineral and dietary fiber with very low calories and contains seaweed polysaccharides. CONSTITUTION: After heated at 700°C, 2kg of raw stones are ground by a ball mill to less than 10μm in diameter. After washed clean and dried at above 80°C for 8 hours in a drier, seaweeds are ground by a grinder. After 1kg of raw stone powder and seaweed powder are put into 100l of purified water and mixed sufficiently in a mixer for two hours, the mixture of the mineral powder and the seaweed powder is matured for 24 hours and filtered. As the raw stones, two are chosen among 1kg of crystals, 1kg of jades, 1kg of micas and 1kg of tourmalines. As the seaweeds, one, two or more are chosen among kelp, sea mustard, red laver, hijikia and gulfweed.
