<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading and stirring device which is excellent in self-cleaning performance and is stably operated for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of stirring blades 3 of a regular triangle shape are fixed to two rotary shafts 4, each parallel arranged in a treatment room 2, along their axial direction in a state that the blades are made to be eccentric by a determined amount in a determined direction. When each rotary shaft 4 is rotated at the same rotary speed and in the same direction, a couple of stirring blades 3, which are fixed at the same position of the axial direction to each rotary shafts 4, eccentrically rotate while maintaining a state that one top of one stirring blade 3 approaches the configuration of the other stirring blade 3, scrape together a polycondensation based resin (a material to be treated) adhered to the mutual periphery, and also scrape together a resin adhered to the inner wall at the top approaching the inner wall of the treatment room 2, so that the kneading and stirring device is more excellent in self-cleaning performance than conventional stirring devices with an stirring blade of a disk shape, and stably operated for a long time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
