<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device which can punch out a member into small pieces even if the thickness of the member is large and convey the small pieces with high positional accuracy by suitably vacuum-sucking and detaching the small pieces. <P>SOLUTION: This board punching device 10 punches out a board 210 into small pieces 212 of a predetermined shape with an annular punching blade 20, and vacuum-sucks the small pieces 212. The cutting edge 24 of the annular punching blade 20 is positioned closer to the inner surface 28 of the punching blade 20 than the outer surface 26 thereof. Since a strain energy by which the punched-out small pieces 212 are deformed inward is reduced, an elastic energy stored in the small pieces 212 when the board is punched out is reduced, and the vacuum-sucking of the small pieces to the board punching device 10 and the detachment of the small pieces from the board punching device 10 can be suitably performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
