<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor system which measures a temperature of a blood sample and suppresses occurrence of a measurement error due to a temperature of an in-use environment, and a sensor chip suitable to the sensor system. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor chip 200 includes a measurement part 41 and a measurement part 42. The measurement part 14 includes an electrode system (temperature electrode) comprising a part 31 of an electrode 11 and a part 32 of an electrode 12, and a part of a capillary 40 housing the part 31 and part 32. The measurement part 42 includes an electrode system (analysis electrode) comprising a part 33 of a sensor electrode 13 and a part 34 of an electrode 14, and a part of the capillary 40 housing a reaction reagent layer 20 and the part 33 and the part 34. Data (a) associated with the temperature of the blood sample is acquired based upon the level of a current flowing to the temperature electrode, and data (b) associated with a concentration of an analyte in the blood sample is acquired based upon the level and amount of a current flowing between analysis electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
