<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of solving a problem of conventional PWM control motors, in which a steep switching operation generates a high frequency leakage current causing noises emitted from a circuit, and which requires a ferrite core to be wound on a part of lead wire, or a bead core to be mounted to a pattern on a board; or if the bead core is not required, short-circuiting is required. <P>SOLUTION: The motor is configured including: a stator core having plural teeth and a ring yoke connecting the teeth; a stator having a winding which is wound on the teeth; a rotor having a permanent magnet and a rotor core, which is rotatably held within the inner periphery of the stator; and a circuit board for supplying a current to the winding.
